Your Role

In your role as an Electrical Control Planner, you will work on both new-build and modernization projects for submarines and surface ships. You will play a vital part in the collaboration between design and production during the development and integration of new technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure quality assurance of documentation and verify that correct control documentation is carried out during the production phase.
• Work with production calculations, construction methods, and assembly sequences.
• Conduct design analyses and prepare manufacturing documentation for the product.
• Plan for efficient production execution within the facility's equipment and processes.
• Engage in dialogue with planners, production engineers, as well as design and production personnel.

Your Profile

We are looking for a driven individual who values relationship-building, as this role involves significant contact with our customers. Additionally, you have a strong technical interest and a desire to continuously improve and develop our operations.

Requirements

• Experience in planning/preparation, electrical work, or equivalent higher education.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Merits

• Experience from the marine industry, process industry, or manufacturing industry within steel, machining, or surface treatment.
• Experience working in large-scale, complex development projects and operations.
• Experience with design and the creation of production documentation.
• Ability to read technical drawings.

The position requires you to undergo and pass the security clearance procedures according to current regulations. For positions where Saab requires security classification, citizenship requirements may apply.
